Lajos Mohr began his career with the Generali Group in 1997, initially working in the field of pension funds. Since 2001, he has had the privilege of serving as the manager of the voluntary pension fund. In 2002, he played a role in the establishment of the Generali Health Pension Fund. Since 2006, he has served as Managing Director of the Erste Pension Fund. With a background in economics, he has been a member of the ÖPOSZ board since 2015 and has also chaired the pension fund section since 2022. He is married and has two sons.
